General Massage

General massage can be a great way to relieve any tight muscular areas and any tension to keep the body ticking over from day to day. When general massage is being carried out you will be able to specify the muscular areas you want the therapist to work on and the amount of pressure which is appropriate to you to ensure you leave the session feeling looser and more relaxed.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in physical exercise. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help participants recover from workouts and injuries.

Sports massage incorporates a range of different massage techniques to target both surface and deeper injury issues. Whilst having the reputation of being a firmer type of massage, the results gained from this type of massage can be measurable and leave the client feeling loser and noticeable less tension within the muscles.

You don’t have to participate in sport to receive a sports massage. If you feel like its a deeper more vigorous massage you need to relieve any tension and tightness then its sports massage you want.
